Qualifications

• Maintenance experience is required; training in maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical systems, electrical, hydraulic systems, robot and machine troubleshooting.
• Experience in plastic injection molding or similar production environments.
• Training in General Safety, Fork Truck, Scissor lift, Machining, Arc Flash, Lock Out Tag Out, etc.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on injection molding and manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot, report problems, and resolve in a timely manner.
• Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Respond to maintenance needs for production, logistics and building upkeep.
• Complete maintenance work orders accurately and maintain records.
• Coordinate with Process Technicians and Production Manager to provide guidance and training.
