Delta Mold is seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to support the reliability and performance of our injection molding equipment in our Charlotte, NC facility. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and related systems. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, experience in a manufacturing environment, and a commitment to minimizing downtime while ensuring safe and efficientoperations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized maintenance area and ensure compliance with safetystandards.
• Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines, robotics, and auxiliaryequipment.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability anduptime.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issuespreventive.
• Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment orupgrades.
• Maintain maintenance logs and repairdocumentation.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenancerequests.
