Job summary

Acushnet Company is seeking an Injection Mold Mechanic for the Weekend A Shift at Ball Plant II in Dartmouth, MA. You will repair and maintain Kona style injection machines, robots, and automated systems on a high‑performance production line.

Your role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, MA Journeyman Electrician license, MA 2nd Class Fireman license, and strong mechanical skills. You’ll work safely with lockout/tagout and collaborate with peers to meet specs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of troubleshooting and maintenance experience on injection molding equipment.
• Electrician license (MA Journeyman) required.
• MA 2nd Class Fireman license required.
• Demonstrated mechanical skills and ability to adjust processes to specification.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain Kona style injection machines (horizontal and vertical).
• Repair robotics, automation, and integration in production lines.
• Collaborate with production to identify and correct defects in cups and assemblies.
• Ensure safety practices including lock out/tag out.
