Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is hiring Home Care Caregivers to serve West Bend and surrounding communities. The role focuses on compassionate, one-on-one in-home care, delivering dignity and independence to seniors in their own homes.

We offer flexible day, evening, and overnight schedules, with opportunities for full-time or part-time work, paid orientation and ongoing training, and a supportive leadership team dedicated to your success.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required
• Paid training provided for qualified candidates

Responsabilidades

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Offer medication reminders
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers
• Support individuals living with Dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and other age-related conditions
• Promote safety, comfort, dignity, and independence
• Build meaningful, trusting relationships with clients and their families
