Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is hiring Home Care Caregivers to support Oshkosh and surrounding communities. Flexible day, evening, and overnight shifts are available with both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Caregivers will provide one-on-one support to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. We offer training, mentorship, and a caregiver-first culture, with competitive pay and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Paid training provided for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and errands.
• Support mobility and safe transfers.

What You'll Do

As a Home Care Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, one-on-one support that enhances each client's quality of life while promoting safety, independence, and dignity.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Offer medication reminders
• Assist with transportation to appointments and errands
• Support mobility and safe transfers
• Care for individuals living with Dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and other age-related conditions
• Promote safety, comfort, dignity, and independence
• Build meaningful, trusting relationships with clients and their families

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Ability to pass a background check

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required
