Job summary

Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is seeking compassionate Home Care Caregivers to support seniors in Green Bay and surrounding communities. You will provide one-on-one in-home care, promoting safety, independence, and comfort in familiar surroundings.

We offer flexible day, evening, and overnight schedules with both full-time and part-time opportunities. Join a caregiver-first team that values empathy, reliability, and ongoing training to help clients live with dignity.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Paid training provided for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• Offer medication reminders
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands
• Support mobility and fall prevention
• Care for individuals living with Dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's and other age-related conditions
• Promote safety, comfort, dignity, and independence
• Build meaningful, trusting relationships with clients and their families
