Senior Helpers of NE Wisconsin is seeking compassionate Home Care Caregivers for Ripon and surrounding communities. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible schedules, ensuring you can provide meaningful assistance to seniors in their homes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required.

What You'll Do

As a Home Care Caregiver, you'll help seniors maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life through compassionate one-on-one care. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition
• Offering medication reminders
• Performing light housekeeping duties
• Assisting with transportation and errands
• Supporting safe mobility and transfers
• Caring for clients living with Dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and other age-related conditions
• Monitoring client safety and overall well-being
• Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a background check
