Job summary

Lamb Weston in Boardman, OR seeks an Ingredient Technician Trainee to support batter, condiment and ingredient mixing operations. You will operate forklifts, monitor systems, and maintain sanitation while learning QA standards and inventory controls.

You'll gain hands-on training, work with a team of 10,000+ and contribute to safe, efficient production of our fries as part of a global food leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience in processing/ sanitation roles.
• Ability to follow safety rules and maintain food safety standards.
• Willingness to operate lift trucks and handle materials in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor batter system and assist with ingredient and condiment mixing.
• Operate a powered industrial truck to move ingredients and materials.
• Maintain sanitation in work areas and complete required paperwork.
• Assist with inventory control and FIFO procedures.
• Report equipment issues and help with line coordination.
