Job summary

Lamb Weston is seeking an L2 Palletizer Op Trainee in Boardman, Oregon to operate palletizing equipment and support production efficiency. You’ll start and shut down palletizers, monitor line flow, and coordinate with warehouse to ensure continuous output.

You will also learn to adjust equipment, verify product quality, and complete required documentation while following safety and work procedures in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; locks-out/tag-out and forklift certification are required or trainable.
• Proven ability to multi-task and follow English instructions (written and oral).

Responsibilities

• Operates start-up and shut-down of palletizers, wrappers, and conveyors.
• Monitors line flow rates and ensures proper feed for efficiency.
• Coordinates with warehouse to order material for continuous production.
• Checks product quality and adjusts palletizers; maintains pallets and films.
