You’ll work on multiple stages from receiving to packaging and collaborate with a team to keep lines running smoothly. The role rewards hands-on problem solving, safety‑driven culture, and opportunities for growth through coaching and training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically active work.
• Able to work rotating 12-hour day/night shifts, weekends, and overtime.
• Read, write, and understand English for safety.
• Wears PPE (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes).
• Bonus if manufacturing/food experience; basic mechanical skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment across multiple stages—receiving, processing, and packaging.
• Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime.
• Keep accurate records of production and equipment data.
• Assist with line sanitation and product quality checks.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, clamp trucks, hand trucks, etc.).
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
