Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing is seeking a Blending Technician to batch products per precise formulas in a fast-paced plant environment. You will work with production teams to ensure quality and accuracy in every batch, maintaining traceability and adherence to GMP/HACCP standards.

Role requires 1+ years in blending/manufacturing, ability to read formulas, and strong record-keeping. The job offers a day/night 12-hour shift with rotating 2-2-3 schedule and a night differential where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of blending/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret formulas and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Mix formulas according to written procedures.
• Follow blending leadership directions for batching schedule and housekeeping.
• Clean and sanitize equipment.
• Verify ingredients before each batch.
• Complete batch documentation (Batch Sheets, Blending Instructions, Master Sanitation Schedule).
• Maintain inventory traceability by allocating ingredients used in each batch.
• Log CIP operations on equipment.
• Assist Lead Blending Technician and Blending Supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Interact with auditors, customers, and government officials professionally.
