Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in equipment maintenance.
• Experience in manufacturing production equipment maintenance and automation, with troubleshooting ability.
• Experience managing 30+ personnel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ingot equipment and oversee equipment maintenance tasks.
• Manpower management including attendance evaluation and performance supervision.
• Prioritize staffing, monitor progress, adjust schedules, and report results.
• Coordinate with other departments on equipment maintenance.
• Recruitment and training development for equipment technicians.
• Prepare reports for scheduled meetings and perform related duties.
