• 10+ years of experience in equipment maintenance.
• Experience with manufacturing production equipment maintenance and automation equipment related fields.
• Ability to troubleshoot when equipment breaks down.
• Experienced in managing human resources of 30 or more people.
• A person with leadership skills such as good interpersonal relationships with team members.
• A person who can interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
