Qualifications

• 5+ years of process engineering experience.
• Relevant experience within an industrial engineering environment (semiconductor, solar, etc.).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement methods for sampling, inspection, testing, and evaluation of products.
• Initiate process improvement projects to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Adhere to plant safety rules while executing all required duties.
• Develop engineering documentation: PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions, etc.
• Regularly report progress on plant improvements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, materials, electrical, chemical or other engineering disciplines
