Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS Georgia, Inc. in Cartersville, GA seeks an Ingot Equipment Engineer to support ingot manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot, perform PMs, and drive automation improvements. You will use SolidWorks, Inventor, and AutoCAD to design and modify tooling and fixtures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of equipment engineering experience.
• Experience with SolidWorks, Inventor, and Autodesk.
• Knowledge of plant maintenance and factory automation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Run diagnostic tests and repair equipment across factory automation.
• Commission control systems and calibrate sensors and transmitters.
• Perform preventive maintenance and manage CMMS work orders.
• Create solid models and drawings per guidelines using CAD tools.
• Troubleshoot PLC/HMI/motor issues and analyze failures.
• Drive equipment improvements and safer, more reliable operations.
• Develop regular reports to track equipment progress and costs.
