Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field.
10+ years of experience in equipment maintenance.
Experience in manufacturing production equipment maintenance and automation.
Ability to troubleshoot equipment breakdowns.
Experience managing a team of 30+ people.
Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Oversee equipment maintenance tasks.
Manage technician attendance, performance, and evaluations.
Prioritize staffing, schedule revisions, progress monitoring, and problem resolution.
Coordinate maintenance work with other departments.
Recruit and train equipment technicians.
Prepare reports for scheduled meetings.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
