Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical and mechanical engineering or related engineering fields.
• 10+ years' experience in equipment maintenance.
• Experience with manufacturing production equipment maintenance and automation equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment breakdowns.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for tasks related to equipment maintenance.
• Manpower management including technician attendance evaluation, work performance supervision and evaluation.
• Prioritize staffing tasks, monitor progress, revise schedules, resolve problems and report results.
• Coordinate work with other departments related to equipment maintenance.
• Responsible for equipment technology technician recruitment and training development.
• Prepare reports for scheduled meetings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
