Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS Georgia, Inc. in Cartersville, GA is seeking an Ingot Equipment Engineer to manage solar ingot manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot systems, and drive improvements.

You will perform PMs, calibrate instrumentation, and help maintain factory automation with a focus on reliability and safety. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 3+ years of equipment engineering experience, and strong CAD software skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of equipment engineering experience.
• Experience with SolidWorks, Inventor, and AutoCAD.
• Materials knowledge: corrosion, failure mechanisms, strength of materials.

Responsibilities

• Run diagnostic tests and repair malfunctioning equipment in all areas of factory automation.
• Commission control systems, troubleshoot issues, and calibrate instruments (flow, pressure, level).
• Perform preventative maintenance; manage CMMS data and work orders; keep prints updated.
