Hanwha Qcells is seeking a Sr. Production Engineer - Ingot to support day-to-day manufacturing operations in Cartersville, GA. You will collect, validate, analyze, and report data to provide management with actionable insights and drive improvements in production scheduling and efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in Production, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, 5S, Lean/Six Sigma.
Advanced proficiency with ERP/MES systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Develop production schedules and analytical tools to improve volume and profitability.
Identify production issues, analyze root causes, and drive resolutions.
Assist in budget analysis and setting operating goals for productivity, quality, and safety.
Compile and analyze data to create management reports.
Provide production line support including process improvements and equipment troubleshooting.
Lead cross-departmental initiatives to meet building-wide goals.
Apply LEAN, Six Sigma, and best-practice tools for continuous improvement.
Develop new reporting methods and templates to drive cross-functional improvements.
