Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of equipment engineering experience.
• Experience with SolidWorks, Inventor, and Autodesk.
• Materials knowledge (corrosion, failure mechanisms, strength of materials).
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Run diagnostic tests and repair malfunctioning equipment in factory automation.
• Commission control systems and calibrate instrumentation including sensors.
• Perform preventative maintenance and manage CMMS data and work orders.
• Create solid models and drawings using CAD guidelines.
• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and motor control problems.
• Analyze failures and design improvements for reliability.
• Develop regular reports to track equipment progress and improvements.
