Job summary

AdventHealth in Denver, Colorado, is seeking an experienced RN leader to oversee venous access and infusion therapy within the RN scope. You will develop individualized care plans and supervise staff while mentoring new hires to uphold high clinical standards.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ charge nurse or leadership experience preferred.
• 1+ nursing experience in acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within RN scope.
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy.
• Assess patient conditions for venous access.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients on venous access and infusion therapy.
• Lead and evaluate nursing staff performance and provide feedback.
• Identify training needs and mentor staff.
• Resolve staff conflicts to maintain team cohesion.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and analyze data.
• Communicate clearly with patients and healthcare team.
