Job summary

Suite Life Health & Wellness LLC in Rhode Island is seeking a Patient & Provider Liaison to grow referrals and serve as the trusted contact for physicians, patients, and referral sources.

You will educate providers about Suite Life's Ambulatory Infusion Centers, manage a territory, build relationships, coordinate with the clinical team, and help move referrals quickly toward first infusion.

Qualifications

• Established relationships in the local healthcare community preferred.
• Experience in sales, business development, or liaison roles.
• Bachelor's, Associate, or clinical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians and staff on referring patients to Suite Life's infusion centers.
• Generate referrals from multiple specialties and build medical partnerships.
• Complete calls and in-services to grow new and existing business.
• Coordinate with providers, patients, and the care team to move referrals toward infusion.
• Attend meetings and collaborate to improve processes and pipeline.
• Develop territory plans with weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
• Document all contacts and referrals in the CRM and track progress.
