Job summary

Suite Life Health & Wellness LLC is seeking a Patient & Provider Liaison to develop a territory plan and generate patient referrals from physicians and healthcare providers. You will serve as a trusted contact for referral sources and patients, coordinating with the care team to move referrals to first infusion.

The role fits a self-motivated professional with existing local relationships and prior sales or liaison experience.

Qualifications

• Established relationships and contacts within the local healthcare or medical community strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or a liaison role. Medical or physician office sales experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of insurance verification, prior authorization, and referral coordination in a healthcare setting is a plus.
• Bachelor's, Associate, or clinical degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Highly accountable self-starter with strong organizational skills and follow-through required.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians and their staff on the benefits of referring patients to Suite Life's Ambulatory Infusion Centers and build referrals from Rheumatologists, Gastroenterologists, Endocrinologists, Neurologists, Immunologists, Cardiologists, Pulmonologists and other specialties.
• Complete sales calls with medical professionals on a regular schedule for new business and nurturing existing business; deliver in-services and lunch-and-learns to add value.
• Develop relationships with patient support groups and organizations to promote Suite Life's services and represent the company at community events.
• Coordinate with referring offices, patients, and the Suite Life care team to move referrals quickly from contact to first infusion; explain insurance coverage and prior authorizations.
• Attend meetings and trainings; collaborate with the team to improve processes and share Suite Life's story.
• Independently develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly territory plans; work to achieve monthly referral goals and stay accountable.
