Job summary

Qualifications

• Established relationships and contacts within the local healthcare or medical community strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or a liaison role. Medical or physician office sales experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of insurance verification, prior authorization, and referral coordination in a healthcare setting is a plus.
• Bachelor's, Associate, or clinical degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Highly accountable self-starter with strong organizational skills and follow-through required. Comfortable managing your own schedule and pipeline with minimal day-to-day direction.
• Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with key referring specialists and their staff.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians and staff on referral benefits and generate referrals from multiple specialties.
• Conduct regular sales calls with medical professionals and deliver in-services to share Suite Life's services.
• Engage with patient groups and health fairs to promote services.
• Coordinate insurance coverage, prior authorizations, and move referrals to first infusion.
• Attend meetings and trainings as needed.
• Collaborate with team to improve processes and support referrers.
• Develop territory plans and meet monthly referral goals.
• Maintain CRM records of contacts, referrals, and pipeline activity.
