Job summary

Qualifications

• Established relationships and contacts within the local healthcare or medical community strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or a liaison role; medical or physician office sales experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of insurance verification, prior authorization, and referral coordination in a healthcare setting is a plus.
• Bachelor's, Associate, or clinical degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Highly accountable self-starter with strong organizational skills and follow-through; able to manage your own schedule and pipeline.
• Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with key referring specialists and their staff.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians and their staff on the benefits of referring patients to Suite Life's Ambulatory Infusion Centers.
• Build and maintain relationships with Rheumatologists, Gastroenterologists, Endocrinologists, and other specialists.
• Complete sales calls with medical professionals on a regular schedule for new and nurturing of existing business.
• Serve as a trusted resource for the local medical community.
• Develop relationships with patient support groups and organizations to promote Suite Life's services.
• Coordinate with clinical team to move referrals quickly from initial contact to first infusion.
• Attend sales meetings, conference calls, and training sessions as needed.
• Independently develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly territory plans and meet referral goals.
• Keep detailed records of contacts, referrals, and pipeline activity in Suite Life CRM.
