Job summary

Suite Life Health & Wellness, LLC is seeking a Patient & Provider Liaison to grow referrals for Ambulatory Infusion Centers across the Rhode Island region. You will educate physicians, manage a territory, and coordinate with the care team to move referrals efficiently.

Ideal candidates have sales or liaison experience in healthcare, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with physicians, staff, and patients.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to build trust quickly with physicians, staff, and referral sources.
• Strong organizational skills and accountability; capable of managing a territory with minimal supervision.
• Experience in sales, business development, or liaison roles in healthcare preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance verification, prior authorization, and referral coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Educate physicians and staff on benefits of referring patients to Suite Life Infusion Centers and generate referrals from multiple specialties.
• Referral Calls and In-Services: Conduct regular sales calls and in-services to add value to referring practices.
• Community Relations: Build relationships with patient groups and health fairs to promote services.
• Patient and Provider Coordination: Serve as the connection between referring providers, patients, and the care team; assist with insurance and authorization processes.
• Meetings: Attend sales meetings, calls, and training sessions as needed.
• Team Player: Collaborate with the Suite Life team to improve processes and increase referrals.
• Planning: Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly territory plans to meet referral goals.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of contacts, referrals, and pipeline activity in the CRM.
