Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN registration with the Maryland State Board of Examiners of Nurses.
• Completion of CPR healthcare provider course.
• Oncology infusion experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Associates degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients prior to therapy using physical assessment and labs.
• Plan and educate patients and families on treatment, labs, and medications.
• Administer medications and IV therapy accurately.
• Coordinate care with oncology team and clinical trials nurses.
• Document care in EMR and communicate status to care team.
