Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold an Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited school; BSN preferred.
• Current Maryland RN license and Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
• Oncology nursing experience and chemotherapy/biotherapy familiarity are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage and communicate treatment plans to patients and families.
• Assess, triage and document oncology patient information and symptoms.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, labs, and medication usage.
• Administer medications and IV therapy per protocol and ensure safe care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and document in the EMR.
