Job summary

IVX Health, Inc. is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Gainesville clinic in a full-time capacity. You will administer infusions, monitor patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting.

You will perform assessments, educate patients and families, maintain compliant documentation, and support efficient clinical workflows while advancing your infusion therapy expertise and pursuing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license.
• BLS certification required; PALS certification preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion center, outpatient clinic, or similar setting is a plus.
• Strong IV/infusion therapy skills and medication management.
• Proficient in clinical documentation and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on-site and in supervision of infusions and injections.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor treatment responses.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and side effects.
• Ensure accurate documentation in the EHR and HIPAA/OSHA compliance.
• Support chart preparation, treatment planning, and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams.
• Assist in inventory, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
• Flexibly work across multiple facilities within the designated market.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support patient care.
