Job summary

IVX Health in Naples, FL is seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse to deliver outpatient infusion therapy and provide direct patient care in a patient-centered setting. You will monitor patient responses, document care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of infusion services.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, BLS, infusion experience, and comfort with EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• BLS required; PALS preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion center or similar setting is a plus.
• Strong IV/infusion therapy and emergency response skills.
• Proficient in HIPAA compliance and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Direct Patient Care - on-site and virtual supervision during infusions and injections.
• Conduct Patient Assessments and monitor treatment responses.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and side effects.
• Maintain accurate EHR records and ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance.
• Assist with chart prep, treatment planning, and care coordination.
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams.
• Support operations including inventory, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
• Work across multiple facilities as needed.
• Take on additional duties to support patient care.
