Job summary

IVX Health in Gainesville, FL is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide infusion therapy in our outpatient clinic. You’ll administer treatments, monitor responses, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted RN license required.
BLS certification is required; PALS certification preferred.
Experience in ambulatory infusion centers or outpatient clinics is a plus.
Strong IV and infusion therapy skills and emergency response knowledge.
Proficiency with EHR documentation and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, administering infusions and injections.
Conduct patient assessments and monitor treatment responses.
Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and side effects.
Ensure compliance and quality with HIPAA/OSHA standards and accurate EHR records.
Optimize clinical workflows and assist with chart prep and treatment planning.
Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams to improve care.
Support operations, inventory management, and regulatory adherence.
Adapt to multiple facilities within the market as needed.
