Job summary

IVX Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide infusion therapy in outpatient infusion centers. You will administer infusions, monitor patient responses, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active and Unrestricted RN license.
• BLS certification required; PALS certification preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion center, outpatient clinic, or similar setting is a plus.
• Strong IV and infusion therapy skills.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and HIPAA/regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration with patients, families, and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections.
• Conduct patient assessments, document observations, and monitor treatment responses.
• Educate patients and families about treatment expectations, potential side effects, and disease management.
• Maintain accurate records in the EHR and uphold HIPAA and OSHA standards.
• Support chart preparation and treatment planning to streamline patient visits.
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams to enhance care coordination.
• Assist in inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
• Flexibility to work at multiple facilities within a designated market.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support patient care.
