IVX Health in Gainesville is seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse to deliver patient-centered infusion therapy in an outpatient setting. You will provide on-site and supervised care, assess patients, educate families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active and Unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Life Support Certifications – BLS certification required; PALS certification preferred.
• Clinical Experience – Background in an ambulatory infusion center, outpatient specialty clinic, or similar setting is a plus.
• Strong IV and Infusion Therapy Skills – Experience with specialty biologics, medication management, and emergency response protocols.
• Proficiency in Clinical Documentation – Experience with EHR systems and a strong understanding of HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional Communication & Collaboration – Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide Direct Patient Care – administer infusions and injections on-site and virtually.
• Conduct Patient Assessments – monitor treatment responses and document observations.
• Educate and Support Patients – discuss treatment expectations and potential side effects.
• Ensure Compliance and Quality – maintain records in EHR and uphold HIPAA/OSHA.
• Optimize Clinical Workflows – assist in chart preparation and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams – coordinate with referring providers.
• Support Operations and Training – assist in inventory, authorizations, compliance.
• Flexibility to work at multiple facilities within a designated market.
• Perform Additional Duties as assigned.
