Job summary

IVX Health in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality infusion therapies in an outpatient setting. You will oversee patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure compassionate, personalized treatment for diverse patient populations.

The role emphasizes direct patient care, documentation, and adherence to HIPAA/OSHA standards, with opportunities for CEU growth, certifications, and process improvements within a flexible, patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Active NP license valid in the state
• Board certification (AANP or ANCC) required
• BLS certification required; PALS preferred
• Experience in ambulatory infusion or outpatient clinic a plus
• Ability to treat adults and pediatrics; FNP preferred
• Strong IV/infusion therapy skills and medication management
• Proficient with EHR documentation and HIPAA compliance

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care with on-site and virtual supervision during infusions and injections
• Conduct patient assessments and document SOAP notes
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and potential side effects
• Maintain accurate records in the EHR and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Support workflow optimization and chart preparation for treatments
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams
• Assist in inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence
• Be flexible to work across multiple clinics within the market
• Take on additional duties to support patient care and organizational goals
