Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have current Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current BLS AHA Health Provider Card required.
• ONS Chemotherapy Provider Card required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of patients.
• Develops care plans based on patients’ disease and symptoms.
• Educate patients and families on treatment and side effects.
