BrightStar Care Concord, Lexington and Woburn is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to join our home health team. Locations include Sandwich and Plymouth. Salary is $55-60 per hour depending on experience and qualifications, with multiple positions including Part Time, Per-Diem, and Flexible Hours.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of operation.
• CPR certification required.
• 2–3 years clinical experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing.
• IV Infusion Therapy expertise: administers and oversees IV infusions, TPN.
• Wound care including NPWT/Wound VAC management.
• Sales & business development mindset to attract and retain clients and collaborate with referral partners.
• Leadership & management skills to supervise, train, and mentor staff.
• Care plan development experience to create and oversee patient care plans.
• Quality assurance, risk management experience including auditing and incident reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills for staffing and operational issues.
• Flexibility and on-call availability for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Conduct in-home assessments and ensure care meets regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation and reporting.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
• Provide guidance and support to nurses and caregivers to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all home care cases.
