Job summary

UMass Memorial Health Marlborough Hospital is seeking a registered nurse to provide care from admission to discharge under the Nurse Director’s direction. The role emphasizes age-specific and unit competencies and adherence to hospital standards and licensure requirements.

The position runs Monday through Friday 8:30am–5:00pm with a 32-hour workweek. Certification in BLS and ACLS is required; BSN is preferred and computer skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required, BSN preferred.
• Computer skills preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prioritization and organizational abilities.
• ONS chemo/biotherapy required.
• ONS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care from admission to discharge.
• Incorporate general, age-specific and unit-specific competencies into care.
• Adhere to Marlborough Hospital standards and licensure requirements.
• Under the direction of the Nurse Director, supervise, execute, delegate and/or complete nursing care.
