Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care across the admission to discharge process. The role requires current MA nursing licensure, BLS certification, and ACLS where required by unit. Experience and BSN are preferred.

The position offers day shifts on a 32-hour schedule with a potential signing bonus. You will join a large, mission-driven health system focused on compassionate care and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration.
• BLS is a requirement for every RN unless ACLS certification is current, in addition to any unit specific certifications and competencies.
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Nursing Process for the delivery and management of patient’s care from Admission to Discharge, appropriate to the developmental age of the patient population.
• Performs patient assessment/reassessment according to standard procedure.
• Develops and coordinates individual plan of care including discharge planning.
• Directs, supervises, coordinates and evaluate nursing care within assigned clinical setting.
• Delegates appropriately to others in accordance with job description and competency level.
