Job summary

Concordia Visiting Nurses seeks an Infusion Registered Nurse to provide in-home infusion therapy for patients, delivering safe, high-quality nursing care. You will assess, monitor, and educate patients and families while building trusting relationships in their home setting.

The role offers autonomy in scheduling within a collaborative clinical team, with opportunities for paid training and scholarship support to advance infusion nursing skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state (RN license required).
• Infusion nursing experience preferred.
• Strong IV insertion and vascular access skills.
• Excellent assessment and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV medications, hydration, antibiotics, and specialty infusion therapies.
• Assess patients before, during, and after infusions for safety and effectiveness.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and provide interventions when necessary.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and document care accurately.
• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapies, medications, and disease management.

Do you have a passion for providing exceptional one-on-one patient care? Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking a compassionate, skilled Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. In this role, you'll provide specialized infusion therapy to patients in the comfort of their homes while building meaningful relationships and promoting positive patient outcomes.

What You'll Do as an Infusion Registered Nurse:
