Concordia Visiting Nurses is looking for a dedicated and empathetic LPN to join our growing home health team. You will provide skilled nursing care, monitor vital signs, and educate patients and families in their homes.

What you’ll do as a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN:

As a Home Health LPN, a vital part of the patient's care team is provided by the employee, offering skilled nursing care and support. This includes tasks such as:

• Monitoring vital signs
