Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy operations in Utah.

Under a licensed Pharmacist, you will assist with preparation, processing, and dispensing of medications and related supplies, while maintaining patient information for planning and delivery needs. The role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and inventory control, with responsibilities spanning equipment maintenance, stock management, and patient support in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, meeting quality standards.
• Able to perform basic and intermediate mathematical calculations.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Review and process basic prescription drug refill requests according to policies.
• Assist with preparing and dispensing medications and supplies.
• Maintain equipment through calibration, inspection, cleaning, and testing.
• Collect and maintain basic patient information for planning materials/supplies.
• Provide basic patient questions and respond to basic patient requests to support patient experience.
• Receive and verify incoming supplies; stock and manage inventory.
• Review expiration dates and identify shortages.
• Create tickets and track inventory in systems.
• Site and supplies maintenance: clean and sanitize surfaces.
