Qualifications

• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to perform basic and intermediate mathematical calculations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Review/validate basic prescription drug refill requests and process according to policies.
• Assist with preparing and dispensing medications and supplies.
• Maintain equipment through calibration, inspection, cleaning and testing.
• Collect and maintain basic patient information to plan materials and prescriptions.
• Ensure a positive patient experience by answering basic questions and requests.
• Receive and verify quantities of incoming supplies and materials; stock and track inventory.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces and equipment and keep work area organized.
