• Identifies and implements quality and safety improvements; medication safety event reporting.
• Leads system initiatives and collaborates with site leaders to meet goals.
• Ensures clinical/pharmacy services support patient care and drives quality improvement.
• Plans and develops new services through evaluation and innovation.
• Performs HR responsibilities including hiring, promotions, evaluations, and morale.
• Develops operating and capital budgets; controls expenditures per objectives.
• Ensures compliance with Code of Ethical Conduct and organizational policies.
