Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Current, active Pharmacy license as granted by the State Board of Pharmacy.
• 5–7 years of clean room or infusion pharmacy experience OR 3 years plus residency/approved equivalent.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• 2+ years budgeting/expense management experience.

Responsibilities

• Determines suitability of patients for home care and supervises pharmacy staff.
• Directs activities of the pharmacy department and schedules staff.
• Develops and mentors staff through onboarding and development opportunities.
• Oversees purchasing, inventory, budget and equipment management.
• Supports sales and account education on services.
• May serve as Office Administrator in absence of GM.
• Monitors pharmacy care plan documentation and pharmacokinetic competency.
• Ensures proper preparation and dispensing of medications per policy.
