The role entails coordinating daily workload, supervising the infusion team, conducting performance reviews, identifying training needs, addressing staff concerns, maintaining safety, and ensuring regulatory compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Doctoral Degree in Pharmacy and active licenses.
• Professional license, membership, registration, and diplomas.
• Minimum of 2–3 years as an authorized Pharmacist in Puerto Rico.
• Knowledge of PBM clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Understand, prioritize, and distribute daily workload for the Infusion Team.
• Manage daily operations and supervise staff.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and developmental trainings for the Pharmacy Director.
• Address team feedback and resolve issues or conflicts.
• Maintain a safe work environment and promote teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with accrediting standards and PR Pharmacy laws.
• Dispatch and verify medicines and prescriptions according to regulations.
