Job summary

Alivia Health LLC in Ponce, PR seeks a Staff Pharmacist to serve as the designated alternate leader when the Pharmacy Director is unavailable, assisting in communicating goals and plans to achieve them. You will oversee the infusion team’s daily workload, supervise staff, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure safe, compliant operations including dispatch and verification of medicines.

Requirements include a BSPharm, PR license, 2–3 years as a licensed pharmacist in PR, and knowledge of PBM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (BSPharm) required.
• Valid professional license, registration, and diplomas.
• Experience as a licensed Pharmacist authorized to work in PR.

Responsibilities

• Understand, prioritize, and distribute daily workload of the infusion team.
• Manage daily pharmacy operations and supervise staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and develop training for staff.
• Assess training needs and provide orientation.
• Listen to team feedback and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
