Job summary

Alivia Health LLC in Ponce, PR seeks a Staff Pharmacist to serve as the designated alternate leader when the Pharmacy Director is unavailable, assisting in communicating goals and plans to achieve them. You will oversee the infusion team’s daily workload, supervise staff, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure safe, compliant operations including dispatch and verification of medicines.

Requirements include a BSPharm, PR license, 2–3 years as a licensed pharmacist in PR, and knowledge of PBM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (BSPharm) required.
• Valid professional license, registration, and diplomas.
• Experience as a licensed Pharmacist authorized to work in PR.

Responsibilities

The Staff Pharmacist for the Alivia Infusion Services will be the designated alternate leader responsible for the overall operation and services of the organization when the Pharmacy Director is not available. This position also supports the Pharmacy Director in communicating company goals and delineating plans to achieve them.

Responsabilities:

• Understanding, prioritizing, and distributing daily workload of Alivia Health Infusion Team.
• Managing pharmacy's daily operations andemployee'ssupervision.
• Conducting regular performanceevaluations,developmental curriculums in supporttothe Pharmacy Director. In alignment to this role,willassess training needs,recommendstraining programs, andprovidesorientation to employees.
• Will listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
