Job summary

Soleo Health is hiring a full-time Infusion Pharmacist in Norcross, GA to support our specialty infusion pharmacy. You will perform sterile compounding, dispensing and clinical monitoring for chronic and acute infusion therapies, collaborating with nursing, admissions, reimbursement, and sales to optimize patient outcomes.

You will mentor technicians, adhere to USP standards and state/federal regulations, and participate in on-call coverage.

Qualifications

1–3 years in specialty home infusion or hospital IV room.
Active Georgia pharmacist license in good standing.
PharmD or R.Ph with clinical experience.

Responsibilities

Provide compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring per physicians' orders.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal pharmacy rules.
Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.
Coordinate services with nursing, intake, reimbursement, and sales.
Support QA/PI initiatives and staff training.
Assist in clinical reviews of marketing materials as needed.
Ensure insurance and documentation support for audits.
