Job summary

Compass Oncology is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support our Infusion Oncology care team at West Cancer Center in Clackamas, OR. Oncology experience is a plus, and prior Infusion Oncology experience highly preferred. This role supports 32 hours per week (.8 FTE) on-site.

The ideal candidate has oncology experience, BLS certification, and Oregon licensure with potential WA reciprocity within six months. This is a dynamic clinic setting with a patient-centered focus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education.
• Dual licensure in Oregon (OR) and Washington (WA) must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• Chemotherapy Immunotherapy provider card, preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care for oncology patients under supervision.
• Maintains efficient patient flow in and out of exam rooms.
• Administers medications and monitors for adverse reactions.
• Documents nursing assessments and patient education in the chart.
• Communicates with physicians and contributes to care planning.
