The role emphasizes planning, assessment, intervention, and evaluation, with ongoing collaboration with physicians and multi-disciplinary teams. Kentucky RN licensure, ADN, BLS, and oncology certifications are required or completed within specified

• ADN from an accredited institution.
• Current unrestricted RN license in Kentucky.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Oncology certifications: ONS and Chemotherapy/Biotherapy required before orientation ends; Oncology Certified Nurse within 2 years.
